Do I need my own VPS?

If you already have a Linux VPS, I can use it. If not, the Turnkey Agency package includes a starter VPS (2 vCPU, 2 GB RAM, 40 GB SSD, 20 Mbps) with everything set up. I can also recommend providers for the Full Team package.

What AI provider do I need?

AI agents work with OpenAI, Anthropic, OpenRouter, DeepSeek, Google Gemini, xAI, and many more. I can help you pick one. Most offer free credits for new users. The bots work with any provider you choose.

Can I add more bots later?

Yes. Adding a bot is simple once the infrastructure is running. I'll do it for free within 30 days of setup, or for a small fee after that.

I don't know how to code. Can I still use this?

That's the point of this service. You don't need to touch a terminal after I'm done. You only need to use Telegram. The bots are pre-configured with everything they need.

What if something breaks?

I'm available for fixes. The first 30 days of support are included. After that, you can opt into the maintenance plan ($15/mo) or pay per fix. Every package includes documentation on how your setup works.

Can I get a refund?

If I can't deliver the working setup within 7 days of receiving your server access, full refund. If you cancel before I start, full refund. After setup is complete, no refund - the configuration is yours to keep.
